A ride for all level of cyclists, the Central PA Chapter's 23rd annual MS Bike Ride starts from Millersville University and features 25-, 50-, and 75-mile loops both Saturday and Sunday, plus an extra 25-mile loop for Century cyclists on Saturday. Cyclists can ride one or both days and are treated to top-notch support along the route, including rest stops, SAG vehicles, medical assistance, and bike repair.

Has there been any talk at the spin sessions on potential Mountainside teams for the April 6 Team Relay event at the farm? Janice asked if I'd be in -- maybe on a "fun" team? I'm game if there's a need for a team member. I'll just bet there will be a fast, super fast, and ultra fast team...so I need to be on the turtle team if there is one :) jill
