The Black Bear tri in Beltzville this Sunday went very well. I got 2nd in my age class 30-34. There were 26 women in my class. Overall, Iwas 15 out of 166 women (of all ages younger and older). Not too bad formy 2nd time. I took my swim turn around a bouey too wide and wound up swimming further than I had to. Also, I had trouble with my big ring on my road bike. I need to get stronger in my running. So there is room for improvement. I lost my age class by 20 seconds.
