WHAT: Winter Training Series
WHEN: Sunday November 4th through Sunday March 30th
Sunday’s 7am to noon, Wednesday’s 4pm to 10pm
WHERE: Annex Fitness, Camp Hill
WHY: Stay motivated and in shape through the winter and hit spring ready to race!
HOW: Race yourself and others using Computrainers, closest thing to outside riding with the comfort of indoors.
The Annex in Camp Hill is the site for the winter training series on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings. There are 3 computrainers, TV/DVD player (to watch the Tour for motivation), and a stereo. Assistance is provided in structuring a training plan to help you meet your 2008 goals. Guest speakers and equipments demos will be scheduled.
